LJ New Comments: Dreamwidth support updated

I've produced a new version of LJ New Comments which works with Dreamwidth again: looks like they changed how comments are marked up at some point.

Yes, comment threads are now #cmt rather than #ljcmt.

Makes sense. I'm not sure how many DW users are using the script: I didn't get any complaints, but I did get a couple of thank-yous for porting it, so it seems worth keeping it working.

Noticed it stopped working, but took me a while [apparently] to get around to doing anything about it. Thank you for the fix.
